General Questions
We’re open 24/7, 365 days a year. Occasionally, Mother Nature or a mechanical gremlin may force a brief timeout, but otherwise we’re always ready to make your car shiny.
We accept credit/debit cards and contactless payments. No cash required—though most machines are still happy to take it if you’re feeling old-school.
Choose your adventure: DIY self-serve wash bays or a touchless automatic wash where you sit back and relax. We also offer self-serve vacuums, carpet shampoo, and fragrance machines so your car can look and smell impressive.
Nope! We’re fully self-serve and touchless. That said, attendants are usually on-site 8:00am–6:30pm, seven days a week if you’d like a human to talk to.
Yes. We have bill breakers and change machines at the front of the building, plus a variety of car care products for those last-minute finishing touches.
If an attendant is around, they’ve got you covered. After hours, our phone number is posted on every payment machine—give us a call and we can fix most issues remotely (technology is wild).
Yes! While we don’t offer printed receipts, all machines can send a digital receipt straight to your phone—trees everywhere thank you.
Touchless Automatic Car Wash
Pull up to the pay station, follow the screen prompts, pick your wash, and stay in your vehicle. We’ll take it from there using high-pressure water, detergents, waxes, and a spot-free rinse—no touching, no judging.
It handles most dirt and grime like a champ. But heavy mud, caked-on debris, or stubborn bugs may need a self-serve pre-wash. Think dishwasher rules: great results, unless it’s baked-on lasagna.
Yes. Our system uses water and detergents only, no brushes or cloths, making it safe for paint, mirrors, antennas, and trim when used as directed.
Yes! Our chemistry removes dirt, not ceramic coatings. The ceramic wax in our Ultimate Wash even acts as a booster—your detailer would approve.
When the wash ends, a drive-forward light turns on. A timer straight ahead will guide you—just slowly roll forward during the entire blower cycle and let the dryers flex.
Nope. Just put your vehicle in park when instructed and let the magic (and water pressure) happen.
Easy peasy. Talk to an attendant, email us, use our website contact form, or call/text. Cancellations, plate changes, and payment updates are handled quickly and without guilt trips.
Sign up at the pay station and enjoy unlimited washes for a month, automatically renewing until you cancel. On future visits, our license plate reader recognizes your vehicle and guides you—no window rolling required (very VIP).
Size limits are posted at the entrance. We can handle vehicles up to 7′ tall, 8′ wide, and 20′ long, including most standard vehicles and long-bed dually trucks. Sprinter vans, unfortunately, are a no-go.
Yes—low sports cars are kind of our specialty. Vehicles with less than 5 inches of ground clearance, however, may risk bottoming out or getting a little too friendly with the bottom spray nozzles.
Please fold in side mirrors (if possible), empty truck beds, remove hitch-mounted accessories, and make sure all windows are closed. Basically—secure anything you’d rather not watch fly.
Touchless washing is generally safe, but older decals, damaged paint, or aftermarket accessories may be more delicate. When in doubt, trust your instincts.
Self-Serve Wash Bays
Each bay has clear, step-by-step instructions posted. Grab the spray wand, foam brush, etc. and wash at your own pace.
Wash time depends on what you pay. With cash, you can add time whenever you want. With cards, the system counts up automatically—just hit stop when you’re satisfied.
Most customers spend around $10, but it depends on vehicle size, wash speed, and how detailed you get. Bays start at $5 for 5 minutes, then continue at $1 per minute.
A temporary authorization of $29.99 is placed since we don’t know how long you’ll wash. Within 1–3 business days, that updates to your actual amount spent. Your running total is always visible on the screen—no surprises.
The height limit is 10 feet. Sprinter vans and many medium-sized RVs fit just fine. Semi-trucks and tall RVs with roof A/C units may not, so please check your height before entering. Length and width aren’t an issue.
